From the Heart of Naples to Your Local Community
'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started as a dream: to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza in London. The Bianchis opened up a quaint pizzeria in 1985, continuing a family legacy of cherished recipes.
Our progenitor, Marco Bianchi, mastered pizza crafting in her journeys across Italy, particularly with skilled pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she was committed to rekindling the essence of Neapolitan pizza, upholding ancestral techniques and selecting top-notch materials.
Our small 12-seat pizzeria has expanded, winning the hearts of locals, yet our dedication to high-quality, authentic pizza remains steadfast. We stick to the original wood-oven baking, make our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the best ingredients for our dishes.
Still under the same family management, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is now in the hands of the second Bianchi generation, leading a devoted crew. Although we've adopted new methods, the soul of our work has not changed: we create scrumptious, real pizza that unites people.
